In order to use up-to-date handicaps in each of your tournaments, it is important that you follow a sequence of actions.


Set up handicap calculation in Handicap System

  1. Set up your handicap calculation. Please see Calculating Handicaps.
  2. Set up your Handicap System calculation schedule (if you are not using another outside source for handicaps). Please see Handicap Calculation Overview.


Do this before each tournament

  1. Copy newly calculated handicaps from Handicap System roster to Tournament Manager roster.
  2. If there are players already signed up for the tournament before you copied new handicaps to your Tournament Manager roster, Update Handicaps for Players Already in Tournament.


Do this after each tournament


While in 'Scores', click 'Tools' and select 'Copy scores to Handicap System':



   Then click 'Copy scores':



Now you're ready to copy new handicaps to Tournament Manager before your next tournament.
